Our Vision for Improvement
At Shirehampton Primary School, we are committed to continually improving the education and opportunities we provide for every child.
Our School Development Plan (SDP) sets out our key priorities for improvement and helps guide the work of our staff, governors and wider school community. It reflects our commitment to ensuring that every child is supported to Learn, Aspire and Achieve.
The plan is developed through careful self-evaluation and is informed by:
- Pupil progress and outcomes
- Feedback from pupils, parents, carers and staff
- Governor monitoring
- National and local priorities
- Our commitment to continuous improvement
Our Improvement Priorities
Our School Development Plan focuses on a small number of strategic priorities that will have the greatest impact on pupils. These priorities are reviewed regularly by school leaders and governors to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our school community.
